E - Waist:
Circle your waist with the measuring tape at the narrowest point, ensuring the tape is snug but not too tight.
Umkreise deine Taille mit dem Maßband an der schmalsten Stelle und achte darauf, dass das Band eng anliegt, aber nicht zu fest.

F - Hips:
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and firm against your body.
Messe um die breiteste Stelle deiner Hüfte, halte das Maßband parallel zum Boden und fest an deinem Körper.

H - Thigh:
Measure the circumference of the thigh at the thickest part of the thigh. The tape measure should loosely enclose the thigh.
Messe den Oberschenkelumfang an der dicksten Stelle des Oberschenkels. Das Maßband sollte den Oberschenkel dabei locker umschließen.

A - Bust:
Stand upright and encircle your body with the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust. Ensure you're wearing a non-padded bra and the tape is snug but not tight.
Stelle dich aufrecht hin und umrunde deinen Körper mit dem Maßband an der vollsten Stelle deines Busens. Trage einen ungepolsterten BH und das Maßband sollte fest, aber nicht zu eng anlieg.

B - Underbust:
Measure around your rib cage directly under your bust, keeping the tape straight and firm. For accuracy, take the measurement at the end of an exhale.
Messe um den Brustkorb herum, direkt unter der Brust, und halte das Band gerade und fest. Um genau zu messen, nehme die Messung am Ende einer Ausatmung vor.
