We know that sometimes things don’t work out – and that’s okay! You can return your items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

How does the return process work?

Go to our return portal and enter your order number and zip code:

• All Countries except Switzland: Return Portal
• Switzerland: Return Portal

Choose your return reason or exchange product (no exchanges for switzerland available)
Print your return label and send your package back.

What does the return cost?

• Germany: €3.95 will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with a free return label.
• Other EU countries: €8 will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with a free return label.
• Switzerland: €8 will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with a free return label.
• Rest of the world: You must pay for return shipping yourself. A €3.95 return processing fee applies. Make sure to include a proper customs declaration. Returns with unpaid duties will not be accepted. Please keep your tracking information in case package gets lost.
